Get your day started right with our Sunrise Camp. This is a workout that keeps your body guessing and challenges you every class. Workouts are designed to improve your overall fitness, strength, cardio, flexibility, agility and endurance with minimum equipment. This is a great class for everyone from beginners to fitness fanatics.

This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts and core work designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and increase your overall strength. This is a training technique in which you give it your all through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short active rest periods in order to keep your heart rate up and burn more fat in less time.

ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting workout based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
