This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts and core work designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and increase your overall strength. This is a training technique in which you give it your all through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short active rest periods in order to keep your heart rate up and burn more fat in less time.

A swift pace class that focuses on creative core exercises while also integrating compound movements for a full body melt down. This is a workout that keeps your body guessing and challenges you every class. This is a great class for everyone from beginners to fitness fanatics.
